Louise qualified in 2006 working in both acute and community NHS settings. She has been employed in NHS and Social Care roles for the last 30 years. Specialises in long term condition management, particularly autoimmune, rheumatology, respiratory and cardiac conditions, always holistically and patient centred.

Louise qualified in 1996 working predominantly in the NHS but also the private sector. The majority of these years have either been working within the neurological rehabilitation field or in the community rehabilitation setting. Experience treating complex disabilities and multiple pathology, always holistically and patient centred.

Sarah qualified in 2006 working in a variety of settings. Starting off in the acute hospital in the medical/surgical/elderly settings and then 7 years ago started working in the community setting. Experience in early supported discharges from hospital, respiratory/pulmonary rehabilitation, neurological and elderly rehabilitation, always holistically and patient centred.
